Role Overview

As a Facebook Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns across multiple niches. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate real business results.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve results.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad copy, visuals, and video performance.
• Stay updated with Meta’s latest policies, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns.
